If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our customer service at hello@cosmicweaves.com with your order number and reason for return.

All purchases made at Cosmic Weaves can be returned within 14 days starting from the day you receive the products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Used-looking products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

At Cosmic Weaves, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction. We offer free replacements for any faulty or damaged items.
